Great machine (while it works) dreadful aftercare. I used this as my main washing machine and did a lot of research to find a product that was good quality from reputable company that would provide good customer care. This has not happened! A fault occurred with my machine and despite multiple emails, I have had no response. I am now stuck with a machine that does not work and am at a loss as to what I do with this item. I cannot recommend this product due to this.

I am happy with the Drumi I received in early 2019. I use it when I am traveling in my RV which is for about 3-4 months out of the year. My travel trailer is 19' from hitch to back bumper and the Drumi easily fits in the shower. It has been a boon that helped keep us safe as we traveled during the pandemic. As of this writing, September 18, 2023 , this Drumi is still working as promised. The spin cycle is wonderful and depending upon the relative humidity, my clothes can be completely dried in as little as an hour. I am sorry to hear that many have had poor experiences with their machines. I likely do not use my Drumi as much as those folk. I will add that I do rinse the washer after each clothes-washing session (2-3 loads about once a week) and make sure it is completely dry before I lock the lid and tuck it away in the tow vehicle.

The Drumi is a sweet concept and I have been pleased with it's looks and perfomance. I hope the price comes down and the kinks are smoothed. Good luck.

After a while it broke. I had to buy an expensive replacement part and it broke again. Then support stopped responding.
